We have developed two new enquiry forms to help Installers and end-users receive more accurate quotations
Here at Horizal Aluminium Gates, we thought of ways to make the quotation process and easier and more effective for gate installers and end users. These two forms will dramatically improve time spent on emails back and forth, to verify the required information to produce a full and price accurate quotation.
The first form we developed was a gate installers enquiry form to make sure we can price all of our quotations accurately. It is a fully editable PDF file that is used on site or when collating information back at the office to generate accurate quotations. Once sent over to us, this make the process much faster and easier.
Our Second form we developed was an easy to use customer enquiry form for end-users to fill out
When you would like to know more about installing Aluminium gates at your property, we may send you this editable enquiry form to gather more information. The 2 key bits of information we require to build a quotation will the width and height of the aluminium gate that you require.
To fill out the form, simply open the pdf and click in the box that you wish to type into. Fill out the different sections: Customer name, email address, phone number, delivery address/site address, whether you require installation, the model reference if you like a certain style, the colour of the gate, the dimensions of the gate (usually in mm), whether you require posts to mount the gates to, gate automation preferences and access control information.
If you fill out as much information as you can, then we can either offer a supply-only quotation, or hand all of your details to your nearest Horizal installer who can come to site and conduct a survey for all of the works involved in the installation.
